Leadership program –‘Taking care of business & Me’

Taking care of business and Me is a series of professional/personal development programs created and facilitated by Jacinta and Professor Karen Starr, an award winning educator with 30 years’ experience in the education and business sector.

The first program in the series is Strategy & Me. This program is for women who want more confidence within themselves, improve their capabilities and their skills, all of which are vital for business success and career acceleration.

This two day program shifts mindsets about how to improve effectiveness, profile and impact in the participants’ life, career and business. It will enhance strategic acumen, executive presence and their personal gravitas. The program is also designed to support organisations who are looking to drive an innovative and different approach to equip female employees to step up for senior management and executive positions.
