Jacinta is an entrepreneurial thinker and innovator with professional expertise in strategy, sales, marketing, leadership and business development.

Jacinta is passionate about changing the game for business and for women. She has scanned and travelled the world for insights and best practices around women both as customers and employees. Jacinta has in depth knowledge on how businesses can access the female economy, one of the biggest opportunities on the horizon.

As founder of ‘Carboon GROUP’ Jacinta has applied her expertise and knowledge to work with organisations to develop strategies and best practices around accessing the increased purchasing power of women – the Female Economy-with the intention of driving substantial business growth and a competitive edge. Jacinta has also developed a series of professional/personal development programs for women who want more confidence within themselves and to improve their capabilities and skills, all of which are vital for business success and career acceleration. These programs are designed to support organisations who are looking to drive an innovative and different approach to equip female employees to step up for senior management and executive positions.

Before forming her own business, and over the past three decades, Jacinta has held executive careers with top ASX 200 companies. She was National Manager of the high profile Telstra Business Women’s Awards and the Telstra Small Business Awards for five years. In 2006 Jacinta led Telstra’s marketing of the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games. She has developed corporate sales portfolios and has overseen the successful introduction of product lines including design, pricing, operations, industry and product marketing, and implementation.

At NAB Jacinta held the position of Project Director, Women and Money – a national role created specifically by the NAB for her. The NAB Women’s Agenda Leadership Awards, the creation of TEDxSydney Women’s panel event (held at the Sydney Opera House), the national women’s program on financial independence and social media, Start Counting which focused on women’s wisdom and confidence in life and money choices, numerous high profile arts and communities sponsorships, and leadership in cancer research fundraising surpassing $1m, are just a few of the high profile and/or multi-million dollar programs initiated under Jacinta’s stewardship. One such program has been hailed a ‘World leading initiative’ by International experts.

Jacinta holds a Bachelor of Business, Marketing & Economics degree and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She currently holds two directorships as Chairman of a not for profit community event and as Non- Executive Director at Women’s Information Resource Exchange- WIRE.
